Direct Care Staff
We’re currently looking for qualified applicants to join our direct care staff in S.T.A.G.E.S of Gainesville, Inc.’s residential rehabilitation program.
As a direct care team member, you will:
Provide daily living skills support to residents
Assist with transportation and activity planning
Work one-on-one with individual residents
Be available on site to solve problems and provide assistance
This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for the right individual. S.T.A.G.E.S of Gainesville, Inc. will provide extensive training and ongoing support to help you meet our residents’ needs. As shift hours vary, this can be a great opportunity for a student or part-time worker.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who:
- Are over the age of 18
- Have a high school diploma
- Have at least one year of experience working with children or adults with intellectual disabilities
Experience working in a group home setting is preferred, but not required. Applicants must be willing to undergo a Level 2 background check upon hiring.
